Summary: Listing was inaccurate, no washer available and no oven. I was compensated for the lack of a washer. I was awakened by loud footsteps heard fromthe upstairs room, beginning at 10:30 pm, every night. The ceiling sounded like it was weak. Friendly owners and beautiful yard
